Terms of Service

DARI is an advertising marketplace that connects people looking for property with owners, agents and developers. DARI is not a party to any sale, lease or reservation, does not act as a broker or escrow agent, and does not guarantee that any transaction will complete.

You must provide accurate details, keep your credentials secure and be responsible for activity on your account. Accounts may not be shared, resold or created on behalf of someone else without authority.

Listings are submitted for review and become publicly visible only after approval. Approval is an editorial check for obvious problems — it is not confirmation of ownership, legal title, planning status or price accuracy.

If you publish a listing you confirm that you have the right to advertise the property, that the information and photos are accurate and your own, and that you will keep the listing up to date and remove it when the property is no longer available.

No fake, duplicate, misleading or fraudulent listings; no property you are not authorised to advertise; no discriminatory, offensive or illegal content; no contact details designed to divert users off-platform for scam purposes.

Badges such as "Verified by DARI" indicate that a moderator reviewed the listing against the information available to them. DARI does not inspect properties, verify legal ownership or confirm title documents, and makes no guarantee of accuracy.

Paid plans and listing promotions are described on the pricing page. Checkout is not yet activated. When it is, entitlements start only after a payment is confirmed by the payment provider, and promotions end automatically at the stated expiry.

You keep the rights to the content you upload and grant DARI a licence to display, resize and distribute it for the purpose of operating and promoting the marketplace. The DARI name, design and software remain ours.

We may reject, unpublish or suspend listings and accounts that breach these terms, appear fraudulent or generate repeated valid reports. Enforcement decisions are made by DARI staff; automated signals are advisory only.

The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, DARI is not liable for losses arising from listings, dealings between users, or unavailability of the service. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Disputes between buyers and sellers must be resolved between those parties. Any dispute with DARI is subject to [governing law and venue to be completed].
