Privacy Policy

When you create an account we store your email address, name, phone number if you provide one, your chosen account type (buyer, renter, owner, agent, developer) and your avatar. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider and are never visible to DARI staff.

Property listings you publish — title, description, price, attributes, photos and contact preferences — are public once approved. Drafts, pending and rejected listings are visible only to you and to DARI moderators.

Exact property coordinates are stored privately. Public maps show an approximate position unless you explicitly choose to publish the exact location. If you use "find my location" in search, the coordinates are used for that search only and are not stored.

Phone and WhatsApp numbers are shown only through the contact channels you enable on a listing. Messages between buyers and sellers are stored so both sides can read their own conversations; they are not used for advertising and are not read for any purpose other than investigating abuse reports or complying with a lawful request.

We record marketplace events such as searches performed, listing views, favourites, contact clicks and listing submissions to produce seller statistics and platform metrics. We do not record passwords, message contents or payment card data.

Text you submit to DARI AI features (search phrases, assistant questions, listing facts for description drafting) is sent to our AI provider to produce the response. Conversation content is not stored by DARI; we keep only technical request records (feature, status, timing) for reliability and abuse limits. AI output is assistance, not advice, and never approves, publishes or verifies anything on its own.

Paid plans and promotions are not yet activated. When a payment provider is connected, card data will be handled entirely by that provider; DARI will store only the amount, currency, status and reference of a transaction.

We use strictly necessary storage to keep you signed in and remember your language choice. Optional analytics and marketing storage is only used where you have accepted it, and you can change that choice at any time.

Account and listing data is kept while your account is active. Deleting your account removes your profile and unpublishes your listings; some records may be retained where required for accounting or fraud prevention. Retention periods are [to be confirmed with legal counsel].
